ABOUT 140 needy families living in the Rifle Range Flats, Air Itam, Penang, received Chinese New Year goodies from the Penang Chinese Chambers of Commerce (PCCC).

Each goodie bag was worth RM160 and consisted of 30 food items including rice, coffee, noodles and canned food.
