AFTER having to endure a lift that does not function and another one that occasionally breaks down in the past year, residents of Kompleks Pulau Mutiara (KPM) in Macallum Street Ghaut, Penang, are relieved that the elevators are now fully operational.
The non-functioning lift of the 18-storey Block A has been replaced with a new one while the other one has been revamped.
