A LAST-MINUTE fax from the Occupational Safety and Health Department (DOSH) Selangor made it possible for a funfair operator in the Batu Caves temple grounds to start business.
At 4pm on Friday, the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) had only got approvals from the Fire and Rescue Department and the Police and funfair operator Green City Amusement Fair Enterprise did not fully comply with the council’s requirements.
