At the launch of the almost completed Empire City in Damansara Perdana, organisers transformed an Olympic-sized skating rink into a dance floor, brought in a fleet of vintage and luxury cars as well as a live orchestra to fit the theme of a 1920s-style concert hall. And there was air-conditioning too.
