A total of 212 house owners out of 327 properties that have been earmarked for acquisition for the proposed Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (Kidex) can appeal for waiver.
Kidex Sdn Bhd CEO Datuk Mohd Nor Idrus said they could appeal to the Public Works Department although their properties were within the 13m buffer from the carriageway.
