A scheduled swearing-in ceremony for 10 PKR councillors at the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) fullboard meeting has been postponed as they had not received their appointment letters from the state government.
The council, however, had received a letter from the State Economic Planning Unit (Upen) with the names of the 10 councillors prompting them to organise the event.
