One-way loop steps into Phase 2

PHASE 2 of the one-way loop (OWL) in Petaling Jaya will be implemented at the end of February.

Among work to be done for the phase are removing road medians at some parts of the route, creating pedestrian walks and cycling lanes, installing closed-circuit television cameras, building bus stops and landscaping.
