INDIVIDUAL water bills will be issued to occupants of 74,000 low-cost units in Kuala Lumpur under the public housing programme (PPR) by end of February or early March.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) Department of Housing Management and Community Development director Wan Mohammad Ghazali Nor said DBKL was currently implementing the new water meter system to replace the current average bill payment, following a surge of public complaints.
