Foreign aid: International students from MMU collecting goods damaged in the floods during the Humanitarian Mission and MMU Flood Relief recently.

THREE Japanese students said the damage caused by the floods in the east coast was comparable to a tsunami.

Ryuy Hirayama, 21, Yuzuru Yoshida, 21 and Daiki Suzuki, 21, who are currently studying at Multimedia University (MMU), were sad to see so many people losing their homes and belongings and having to start from scratch.
