Get a handle on early hair loss before it’s too late

I’m a 20-year-old girl who suffers from hair breakage and hair loss. I started bleaching my hair two years ago but I’ve stopped since. Not long after that, I found that strands of hair would fall out every time I run my fingers through. I no longer colour my hair but the problem still persists. I tried different shampoos from various brands, but they haven’t helped me one bit. Could you advise me which shampoo I should use? – Sandra
