Limited edition photo-inspired nails stickers and other stuff up for grabs.
The Japanese cosmetics brand has renewed its partnership with photographer and director Mika Ninagawa for the Summer 2014 season. The resulting make-up line, a journey into the artist’s brightly coloured world.
The Japanese photographer teamed up with Shu Uemura for two collections in the past, in 2008 and 2011, before delivering this third line.
With its spirals, rhinestones and flashy colours, the collection is a direct reflection of Ninagawa’s distinctive photographs.
The make-up line includes two spiral eyeshadow duos , two lip and cheek tints, a pressed powder compact in a limited edition case, multi-coloured false eyelashes with rhinestone stars and nail stickers.
In addition, the collection includes several cleansing oils and under base mousses in limited edition bottles designed by Mika Ninagawa.
The Shu by Mika collection will be available in stores from May 21. – AFP Relaxnews
