Bourjois has launched its 123 Perfect CC Cream and CC Eye Cream.
The beauty brand wants to help you look good all the time.
The CC cream trend, which began to emerge in 2013 in the wake of BB cream mania, looks like it will continue in 2014, as DD and even EE creams join the roster. In the meantime, Bourjois is promising a range of benefits through its two new 123 Perfect CC Creams: One for the face and the other for the eye area.
An enhanced version of BB creams, which have taken the skincare world by storm in recent years, CC creams are the latest must-have item in anyone’s beauty toolkit. Known for their moisturising, protective, concealing and unifying properties, they are a true ally for women in a hurry.
Though not the first brand to launch a CC cream (Chanel, L’Oreal, Iman Cosmetics and Clinique have all staked their territory in the market), Bourjois is differentiating itself by launching two versions.
The 123 Perfect CC Cream combines the benefits of a hydrating lotion with the correcting and concealing power of a foundation. This means the all-in-one product moisturises skin while reducing signs of fatigue, concealing spots and redness, and re-energising the face. Finally, SPF 15 protection shields the skin from the sun’s rays.
The 123 Perfect CC Eye Cream, meanwhile, is a remedy for dark under-eye circles as well as a concealer, which acts to camouflage imperfections, reduce puffiness and smooth fine lines and wrinkles.
These two next-generation creams from Bourjois will hit stores this month. —AFP Relaxnews
