VIOLENCE against women is a violation of human rights. One in three women have or will experience some form of violence in her life, according to the Department of Women Development (JPW) under the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development.
The “Stop Violence Against Women” campaign was launched by the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development together with the JPW, and ran from Oct 10 till Dec 10.
