Real Stories, Real People is a website containing photo essays about individuals living with developmental disabilities and their families.

Christine is 23 now. Attending The Community School in Decatur, Georgia, and participating in its young-adults-in-transition programme. Happy. But Beate Sass knows her daughter might be vastly different had it not been for the army of friends and family who helped them navigate this life.
