The designer of BlackBarrett talks about visiting Malaysia, and making his fashion accessible to all.
A diffusion line of Neil Barrett, BlackBarrett offers the British designer’s trademark main line fits at an accessible price point. “BlackBarrett was born out of a real need,” explained Barrett, 49, who has built his business around minimalist menswear. “I realised for a long time now that the main line could be worn by a vast number of fashion followers but the ‘Made in Italy’ prices put them off,” added Barrett in an exclusive e-mail interview with Star2.
