THE Pink Gang has not only inspired disempowered women but also international and Bollywood filmmakers.
Director Saumik Sen has directed the upcoming Bollywood flick Gulab Gang based on the vigilante group’s history top lining leading Bollywood actors Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla. To be released later this month, the film – which recreates the brave gang’s antics on celluloid – is already creating a buzz.
