Pretty extreme dining – Part 2

This is about as far as I got with the plastic cutlery – I just had to stop at the snotty bits. I had chucked the eyeball away as I couldn’t stand its eerie gaze.

Beware – in some places, rotted shark meat, rotten skate, boiled sheep’s head, and stinky tofu are glorified foods.

AS PART of the fallout of the global financial crisis, sometime after 2009, I was compelled to visit Reykjavik in Iceland to conduct a fact finding mission on the excesses of the banks. There, I encountered two of the vilest dishes imaginable plus the foulest schnapps in the Northern Hemisphere.
