Incorporating fruit and vegetable juices into your diet fills your stomach with soluble fibres that slow down digestion.
Here are some juice recipes for you to try out.
Coffee and Banana Shake
A hearty drink that is rich in taste and nutrients.
1 frozen banana
1 cup low-fat milk, almond milk, or La Juiceria Almond Dates Mylk
½ cup cold black coffee (without sugar)
½ cup ice
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and serve.
A filling smoothie that is packed with nutrients that is good for your heart and blood pressure.
3 kiwi fruits
2 medium bananas
1 cup low-fat milk or La Juiceria Almond Dates Mylk
½ cup low-fat yoghurt
1½ cup ice
Tofu Fruit Smoothie
A protein-enriched power smoothie that is delicious and beneficial for everyone, including children.
1 cup strawberries
1 cup kiwi fruits
1 banana (frozen)
350g silken tofu
The Real Thing
A juice that is rich in electrolytes for better recovery of muscle and blood sugar stabilisation.
6 medium carrots
1 tomato (frozen)
A handful of coriander leaves
½ cup coconut water
Juice all the ingredients, preferably in a slow juicer.

1 peeled orange
2 medium or 5 small stalks of kale or kailan

3 medium carrots

A nutrient-dense yet easy and refreshing juice.
1 cup organic kale
1 stalk celery
½ cup Japanese cucumber
½ cup spinach or 1 bottle La Juiceria’s Goodness Green
¼ cup parsley
½ medium apple
1½ cup honey melon
Red Rejuvenating Pop
A hydrating drink with a hint of sizzle.
½ cup soda water
3 pieces of lychee, or to taste
Juice the watermelon. Pour into a cup and add soda water and lychee.
A cooling and energising beverage.
2 watermelon ice cubes
2 pineapple ice cubes
1 cup coconut water
mint leaves, lightly crushed
Freeze watermelon juice and pineapple juice in advance using separate ice cube trays. Put the watermelon and pineapple ice cubes in a cup of coconut water, then squeeze the lime in. Add the mint leaves.
