Adnan Ibrahim or better known as Che Mat writes the popular Malay cooking blog Tiffin Biru (www.tiffinbiru.com). The blog was initially a place for Che Mat to compile his recipes for his own reference, but the Johor-based blogger soon garnered a loyal following. It has been seven years since he started blogging, and he is at it full-time now. Che Mat is inspired by feedback from his readers – be it young people who are starting to dabble in cooking, or working mothers asking for simple recipes.
