The restaurant has taken the classic and very well-known dish, Sweet & Sour Pork (goo lou yok), and turned it into a work of art by serving it in a unique way by serving it in crushed ice – in a shape of a hand. Besides this dish, Nanyang Authentic is also well-known for other signature dishes, Ipoh Bean Sprouts Chicken and Wen-Chang Kampung Chicken. Flavourful on its own, the meat is even tastier when dipped into a condiment of mashed garlic mixed with scallion oil.
