The real thing: Chef Sadaquat introducing his delectable creations to High Commission of India second secretary Vinesh Kumar Kalra and first secretary K.N. Ramachandran during the ‘Incredible India Food Festival’.
Specially prepared by chef Sadaquat Khan from India, diners will definitely be amazed with his wide spread of delectable creations.
With over 15 years of experience, chef Sadaquat’s culinary success stems from retaining the traditional way of cooking, using organic produce and specially blended spices.
From salads, soups, hot dishes to desserts, the chef has prepared five menus, which will be rotated on a daily basis.
The dishes include Chicken Kassa, Lamb Do Piza, Fish Koli Bada, Vegetable Pulao Rice (vegetarian), Dhal Tadka, Chicken Briyani, Chicken Tandoori, Lamb Rogan Gost, Chicken Tika Masala, Fish Masala, Tomato Prawn, Lamb Keema, Matar Paneer, Aloo Jeera and Masala Dhall, among others.
Apart from the above, diners can expect a combination of Malay, Chinese and Western dishes in the buffet line.
Live action stalls serving noodles and pasta are also available.
The food promotion themed “The Taste of India” was launched by High Commissioner of India second secretary Shri Vinesh Kumar Kalra and hotel general manager Ian Hurst. Also present at the event were Trinidad Holdings president and chief executive officer Naresh Mohan.
Other activities lined up during the promotion include henna tattoo, palm reading and a showcase of blockbuster Tamil movies.
Diners also stand a chance to win lucky draw prizes, which include three days/two nights stay inclusive of breakfast for two persons in selected Best Western hotels in India sponsored by Best Western Premier La Marvella and Best Western Premier Vedic Village Spa Resort.
The promotion at the restaurant, located on the first floor of the hotel, is on from now till Nov 4 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm and priced at RM98++ per adult, and RM49++ per child.
