Celebrate Easter with a sumptuous buffet spread at Melting Pot this Easter Sunday. The buffet showcases local and international dishes with more than 50 delicious choices. The action stall offers Roasted Prime Rib of Beef, varieties of dim sum, Cream of Pumpkin Soup with Ginger and Chicken Dumpling from the steamer and soup section. Also sample piping hot Roasted Duck Noodles or assorted Nigiri and Maki Sushi. The main course offers Baked Lamb Chop with Horse Radish Mustard Sauce, Ballontine of Chicken Foie Gras, Wok Fried Prawn with Dried Shrimp Sauce, Pan Fried Dory Fillet with Caper Sauce and Thai Fish Cake in Lemon Grass Skewer. For desserts, there’s Almond Tart with Berries, Hazelnut Bavarious, Apple Strudel, Imperial Rice Pudding and Strawberry Flan. The Easter brunch is from 12.30pm to 4pm, priced at RM85++ per person.
