Dragons: Riders Of Berk joins Cartoon Network

If your children loved the 2010 DreamWorks movie How To Train Your Dragon, they will want to catch Dragons: Riders Of Berk.

The TV series is based on the movie, and kids will be glad to see more from characters Hiccup and Astrid, who are Vikings “in training”.

The series premieres on Sunday, March 24, at 6pm on Cartoon Network (Astro, channel 616). It has a regular slot every Sunday at 6pm.

Set in Berk, it follows the adventures of the Vikings who are now learning to live with the dragons. It is not as harmonious as it could be as there are still fires and stolen food. Not everyone is accepting of the dragons and it is up to Hiccup and friends to find a way to get the dragons and Vikings to live together peacefully.

This March, Cartoon Network also has new episodes of Regular Show, Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, Oggy & The Cockroaches, and Bola Kampung.
