Be aware of any changes in your breasts

The best defense against breast cancer, says National Cancer Society Malaysia president Dr Saunthari Somasumdaram, is for women to be breast aware: to be aware of how their breasts look and feel and to pick up any changes in the size or shape, any pain or nipple discharge, or any abnormality would be checked as early as possible.
