NIZAR Alsawaf and his family were proud and respectable residents of Aleppo, Syria. He was a civil servant and his wife Sarieha was a kindergarten teacher. Their three children were all top scorers in their schools. The neighbours called them a model family. And for Nizar, that was enough.
