Breast milk is the best food you can give your baby.

I AM about to be a new mother, and have heard about the benefits of breastfeeding. I myself was bottle-fed. I was told it is better for me to breastfeed than bottlefeed. But I am reluctant to breastfeed because I will have to go back to work after two months. Why is breastfeeding better?

One of the best things you can do for your infant is to breastfeed him or her. One important thing to remember is that breastfeeding not only benefits baby, it benefits you!

If you breastfeed your infant, he/she will have a lower risk of many different types of infections.
