One of the most popular American rock bands has jumped on the Disney bandwagon. Sort of.
While performing one of its biggest hit – Daughter – at a concert in Milan, Italy last Friday, US rock band Pearl Jam played a familiar tune in between about a princess who learns to embrace her true identity.
Yes, you guessed it: The rock legends sang the chorus to the megahit Let It Go from Disney’s equally famous hit film, Frozen.
It’s just a mini mash-up, really, but a concert-goer (YouTube user “Giovanni Basile”) managed to capture the performance on video and posted it on YouTube.
Another user (“nolatiles”) then decided to cut a snippet of the video – the whole thing shows a performance of Just Breathe and Daughter and runs for more than 11 minutes long – that only shows Pearl Jam performing Let It Go.
Watch the videos and decide whether Pearl Jam did a good job on the track. The band is currently on its European tour.
