The Chinese superstar is manager to a singing group called JJCC.
K-pop boy band JJCC (pronounced “double JC”), which is managed by none other than action film star Jackie Chan, has revealed its debut track, At First, along with a video spotlighting four of the group’s members.
It was reported in The Guardian and elsewhere earlier this month that the musician and martial artist had taken on artiste management by forming the quintet, which is said to comprise four Korean members – former models SimBa and E.co, MasterChef Korea candidate Eddy and San-Cheong – and Chinese-Australian Prince Mak, who are all in their early 20s.
The new video, signaled by Billboard, shows all members except Prince Mak, who, according to reports, may have had an injury that prevented him from taking part in filming.
In addition to his film work, Chan has his own successful singing career in Asia, having recorded 20 albums and sung the theme songs for some of his films. — AFP Relaxnews
