Eason Chan will be playing a concert in Penang in April.
The Hong Kong popstar’s highly-acclaimed Eason’s Life tour heads to Penang this April.
HONG Kong pop star Eason Chan will be holding his first ever concert performance in Penang at 8pm on 19 April (Satuday), at the Penang International Sports Arena
The Eason’s Life tour has been a rousing success since the first show on 6 July 2013. The overwhelming demand for tickets saw the singer increasing the number of shows to an impressive 25 shows in Hong Kong over a period of one month.
Chan is one of the most dominant male singers in the post-1997 era of Hong Kong music industry. Praised by Time magazine as a forerunner of the next generation of Cantopop and considered as Hong Kong’s third “god of song” after Sam Hui and Jacky Cheung, the star was crowned “King of Asian Pop” by Time Out Hong Kong in 2012.
Chan is also the first Asian singer to perform on the stage of the world-renowned London’s O2 Arena.
Eason’s Life in Penang is organised by AMC Live Group. Tickets are priced at RM488, RM388, RM288, RM188, and RM98 (excludes RM3 Processing Fee), and are available from 22 Jan. For more information, call the TicketCharge Hotline (03-9222 8811) or visit www.ticketcharge.com.my.
