Keanu Reeves will replace Daniel Craig in Courtney Hunt’s next project.
He will star opposite Renée Zellweger in crime drama.
Hollywood icon Keanu Reeves will fill the spot left by Daniel Craig to headline this new film that had been on hold in recent weeks.
Just a few days before production started back in April, The Whole Truth lost its star, Daniel Craig, who pulled out of the project for unknown reasons. The film is back on track with Keanu Reeves as headliner.
He joins Gabriel Basso (Super 8) and Renée Zellweger in this film helmed by American director Courtney Hunt (Frozen River). Reeves will play a defence attorney struggling to prove the innocence of a teen accused of murdering his rich father.
Shooting is to begin this July in New Orleans after the production was moved from Boston to Louisiana. The film will hit US theatres next year. – AFP Relaxnews
