This year’s shortlists for Britain’s premiere children and young adult book awards include some well-known names.
The 2015 shortlists for two premiere British literary awards for children’s and young adult books, the CILIP Carnegie Medal and the CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal, were announced on March 17. The Carnegie Medal honours the best new work in the field, while the Kate Greenaway Medal recognises achievement in illustration for children’s books.
