KUALA LUMPUR: Maybank Investment Bank Research (Maybank IB) expects Tenaga Nasional to deliver record profits in FY14 while it is benefiting from lower usage of the costlier liquefied natural gas (LNG) and coal prices have fallen.
It said on Wednesday that the availability of Peninsular Malaysia's major coal-fired plants is up significantly since May 2014.
