KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Research has raised UOA Development’s fair value from RM2.35 to RM2.62 as it revises upwards the take-up rate and margin assumptions.
It said on Monday it recently hosted a corporate luncheon with UOA Development and it is turning more positive on its 2014 sales prospects.
