KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Research is maintaining its Neutral outlook on Perisai Petroleum Teknologi following the company’s proposed 10% private placement which will mainly fund its investments in drilling rigs and/or MOPU.
It said on Monday it is not surprised with this development following its ambitious thrust into the drilling segment.
