Indonesia’s fund to be game changer for palm oil sector


BALI: The Indonesian Estate Crop Fund is set to be a game changer for the palm oil industry if Indonesia manages to achieve its biodiesel consumption targets, said CIMB Investment Bank analyst Ivy Ng.

The Indonesian government had tackled the key challenges facing the implementation of the policy, said Ng, who is the research house’s regional head of plantations and deputy head of Malaysia research.
