Wintoni in accounting delay

PETALING JAYA: Wintoni Group Bhd has said there has been a delay in completing its financial accounts for the third quarter ended Sept 30 due to loss of data following a recent break-in at its office.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company also said it needed more time to seek third-party opinion on its third-quarter performance and would miss the end of the month deadline to submit the accounts to the exchange.
