KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI slipped in early Thursday trade, dragged down by Petronas related stocks and KL Kepong, though volume was thin, as the last-minute gains the previous day proved to be unsustainable, though the ringgit was firmer against major currencies.
At 9.29am, the KLCI was down 3.79 points or 0.23% to 1,680.63. Turnover was 356.10 million shares valued at RM135.67mil. There were 205 gainers and 226 counters unchanged.
