HANOI: Vietnam’s plan to sell up to US$3bil in global bonds this year or in 2016 might not proceed soon as capital market conditions are not favourable at present, the country’s finance minister told lawmakers.
“We are watching our capital market movements and daily interest rates, but this moment... is not favourable for a (sovereign) bond sale,” Minister Dinh Tien Dung said during a televised session.
