PETALING JAYA: MRCB-Quill REIT (MQREIT) posted higher net income at RM15.7mil for the quarter ended Sept 30, representing a 76.1% increased from the same quarter a year earlier on income contribution from Platinum Sentral.
Revenue during the quarter was higher at RM31.81mil against RM17.53mil a year ago due to the acquisition of Platinum Sentral on March 30, higher revenue from Plaza Mont’ Kiara and rental rate increases for some properties.
