PETALING JAYA: Brahim’s Holdings Bhd has accepted Singapore firm SATS Ltd’s RM218mil offer to buy a 49% stake in the company’s airline catering business.

The sale would reduce Brahim’s stake in Brahim’s Airline Catering Holdings Sdn Bhd (BACH) to 51%. BACH owns a 70% stake in Brahim’s Airline Catering Sdn Bhd – the crown jewel of Brahim’s that has a long-term catering contract with MAS.
