PETALING JAYA: CIMB Group Holdings Bhd will be “flexible” when it comes to meeting its key performance indicators (KPIs) this year given that the environment has become tougher and remains uncertain due to slowing economic growth which is tied closely to its lending business.

Group CEO Tengku Datuk Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz told StarBiz that while the group did not adopt a policy of changing its annual KPIs, it was well aware of the challenging operating environment, and therefore, would continue to maintain a “flexible stance” in meeting such challenges.
