HLFG earnings down 5%: Hong Leong Financial Group Bhd’s (HLFG) earnings fell 5% for the year ended June 30, 2015 due to higher tax rate and higher non-controlling interest deduction. HLFG said on Wednesday its revenue dipped 1.3% to RM4.490bil. In the fourth quarter earnings fell nearly 2% to RM441.25mil while revenue rose 5.4% to RM1.219bil. It announced a final dividend of 25 sen a share, unchanged from  a year ago. — StarBiz
