AirAsia inks deals with Thai, Indonesian units on payments


PETALING JAYA: In a move to enhance the disclosures in the services provided by AirAsia Bhd to its subsidiaries in Indonesia and Thailand, the low-cost carrier entered into an agreement that clearly spells out the terms between the parties, including the payments.

According to AsiaAsia, its wholly-owned unit, AirAsia Global Shared Services Sdn Bhd (AGSS), inked a deal with Pt Indonesia AirAsia Extra (IAAX) and Thai AirAsia X Co Ltd (TAAX) for the service levels to be provided in the two countries for the next three years.
