Hong Leong Industries surges, prompts Bursa query: Hong Leong Industries’ share price surged to a high of RM5.95 at midday on Monday, prompting a query from Bursa Malaysia Securities. At midday, it was up 56 sen to RM5.84. There were 1.37 million shares done at prices ranging from RM5.45 and RM5.95. The regulator had queried the company whether there was any corporate development relating to the company’s business that had not been announced which might account fro the trading activity. - StarBiz
