PETALING JAYA: Stocks on Bursa Malaysia led losses in Asia outside China, bogged down by fresh domestic political worries amid a still weak market sentiment.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak yesterday replaced several Cabinet ministers, including his deputy, in an apparent shake-up aimed at consolidating his position as the leader of the Government amidst the controversy of 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) and a report by the Wall Street Journal of US$700mil being channelled into his account with a local bank.
