KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Raymond Tan Shu Kiah urged small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) in the state to boost their competitiveness in order to remain competitive with their counterparts in West Malaysia and Asean countries.
"For instance, their management skills, productivity, marketing and promotion and business networking must be upgraded," he said at the launch of SME Week at the Sabah Trade Centre here on Wednesday.
