Scanwolf in legal tussle


PETALING JAYA: Three shareholders of plastic extrusions and PVC manufacturer Scanwolf Corp Bhd have served a court summons on nine others to stop them from appointing any new board members to the company.

According to a Bursa Malaysia filing, the nine included board member Datuk Ch’ng Kong San, whom the three shareholders - Abdul Hamid Abdul Shukor, Cedric Wong King Ti and Yii Long Ging - have sought to remove.
