Halex in talks to sell 120,000 tonnes of fertilisers to a big planter


PETALING JAYA: Agricultural chemical manufacturer and distributor Halex Holdings Bhd is looking to supply straight fertilisers to a big planter. Once the deal goes through, Halex will be selling 120,000 tonnes of fertilisers compared with the 1,000 tonnes it sells per year.

“We are in advanced talks with an Asian multinational corporation to get the supply for the straight fertilisers,” said its recently appointed managing director Chen Sen Loon.
