Perak Corp says unable to amend EGM resolution


PETALING JAYA: Perak Corp Bhd said in a statement that it was unable to meet Amin Halim Rasip’s request to amend a resolution to be tabled at an EGM today due to the short notice.

Perak Corp said in its filing with Bursa Malaysia that according to the Companies Act 1965, any proposed modification or addition of resolution must be given at least 14 days before the meeting.
