PETALING JAYA: Shares in Suria Capital Holdings Bhd remained stagnant at RM2.32, while Gabungan AQRS Bhd fell nine sen or 6.47% to RM1.30 despite the companies announcing their joint-venture (JV) agreement to build a mixed development in Sabah.
An analyst said while the announcement was within expectations, a key re-rating catalyst for Suria would be the approval to launch the project early this year.
